First-Welcome to the site!

Second-go to the dealer under warranty. Are the windows actually leaking air or is there a wind noise coming from that area or the side view mirrors?

welcome to the site dl080225, the better the tires the noisier the windows, yours might have quiet tires. That would be good. Was the last car a Mercedes, or Bentley. I traded a noisy truck, so mine was just a little more noise.

& 5 years or 100K powertrain warranty, right ?

Make use of it..

Welcome. Wind noise is rare in the HHR. Could it be wind rush from the mirrors as blacknighT asked? When you say 10:00 is looking in or looking out of the vehicle?
