Hi agrandad,
Thank you for your inquiry. It's great to hear you don't have any issues with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I am unable to project any issues that may or may not occur with your vehicle.

However If you do have any issues, questions or concerns that you would like to be researched for you in the future, feel free to private message me with your contact information, VIN, current mileage (at the time of inquiry) and name of dealership. I am more than happy to help!

Thank you,
Sara

They all seem to use that one also and sign with whatever name.....Brandon, Stacy, Tricia, Tina, Michelle, Evan, etc. depending on the particular fourm. As you can probably tell, I'm not quite as enamored with the whole GM Customer Service thing as some others might be.

I am fully with you on this as you know. Michelle atleast, did not just use scripted responses. As well, she also took the time to read what was written unlike Evan. That is why I pointed out the srcipted intro.

None of that really matters to me. I could cite examples of where even Michelle responded without reading the posts or picking ones to answer that were already answered or not really pertinent to the actual topic. They're just here to collect data regardless of what their approach is. Before I get myself in trouble, if I haven't already, that's all I've got for this thread.......
