where and when do I choose to add any thread ? I already did the edit options for instant e-mail notify in my ucp and saved it...but still no notify..

If your on a mobile phone web version might be different,I'm on iphone I pick default style think its like desktop version,that's at top of page right hand side.
Now when looking at a post I have thread tools right above the post,thread options give me option subscribe.
Now when I reply to a thread below I have subscribe options.
Think you on mobile version maybe????seems to give you less options but good for quick response,if your mobile version like I said go to the right hand corner of page click default page.
I'm new too just trying to help you,I might not be 100 percent right on the easiest way but it does work for me,I've been on here little over a week.lol

i just noticed in my user cp there is a list of subscribed threads (3 so far) to the right of each one there is a box,under the heading notification-2 of them say instant-the box next to this thread says none,then to the right of that there are boxes for check marks ??? i am on a desktop not mobile ??

 

i may have just fixed it-- i unsubscribed then added it again-- now the box next to it says instant-- i did my user cp after making this thread,and before the other 2,so maybe it did not recognize the instant notify before--we'll see
i thought about my hhr all day......

thanks erica for the build sheet and warranty info-- that car rode sweeeet on the one hour road test,i am a tech(not gm) but i know cars --i felt fully confident buying that thinking i had no warranty,and would just fix it myself if it needed repair--to find out i have another 2 years or 65,500 miles,whichever comes first-on the powertrain , is nice to know --just in case.....,also i made a list of some subtle changes i will make to her (cosmetic) ... wheel treatment(thinking paint wheels gloss black,or maybe the body color ?, w/ trim rings and chrome lug nuts),gloss black calloway corvette stripes on the right fender,3 bar grille mod and paint it gloss black too,etc.,just to make her my own......btw,the car has gloss black door handles and also the trim above the rear license plate,is that stock or did the p.o. do that ?? been rainy nasty here-so no pics yet,maybe tomorrow--
