New guy here!
Hey everybody, my name is Andy. Im in the Air Force and my family and I are stationed at Luke AFB here in Pheonix, AZ. I am an Avionics Tech on the F-16. I have a 99 Corvette that I'm building right now(LS2 single turbo) and I bought my wife an HHR SS.
Here SS is an 08 Silver Auto. She and I are both very much into cars and racing, etc.
First things were powder coated wheels, I painted the headlight housings black, tinted all of the lights and windows, etc.
Now she is wanting some more power!
So I ordered a Crazy Steve Intercooler, ZZP Catless downpipe, My buddy and I are going to be Fabbing up intercooler piping and a true cold air intake that exits the engine bay into the fender. Also, after its all done it will be tuned with HP tuners on a 50/50 mix of 91 and e85.
She just blew a flat so I ordered a set of 245/40/18 Nitto NT05's for her. Working on a set of drag radials for the dig races
I dont have any current pictures of the car but will take some and post them up in the next few days. Also, I plan on making a thread about fabbing the parts.

Great to see someone else modding a HHR
Pictures would be great.
I believe the only other person on here using the tune for the E85 is 2005hhrauto.
I would do that setup in a second If I did not have a warranty.
Good luck and you have an awesome dragstrip near you so maybe we will see some low 13's or even a 12 second run from you someday?

Thanks for all the welcomes! I'll snap a few pitcutres this weekend. The downpipe came in today, now just waiting the the Crazy Steve FMIC. NT05's go on tomorrow.
Yea there is a few E85 stations around here and one pretty close to the house. We are under warrenty still but my buddy works at the dealer so its not an issue. : )
12's is the goal with drag radials but we will see what she does. I'd like to order a few more things before she goes to the track. Would LOVE low 13's or high 12's on the street tires! Regardless of what it runs it will be fun and suprise alot of people on the highway lol
