New HHR owner
Hello,
Just bought my first HHR last night. It's an 06 LS. Silver.
I actually just kind of fell into. Went to a dealership looking for a decent car to get me to work and back that would be something fun and still fit two car seats (one daughter, and one child on the way). I made a joke to the salesmen that I didn't really like Chevy's growing up in a "Ford" family. (I was trading in a ford). The salesman showed me the HHR first and I was totally sold on it. I've always loved the retro styling.
Right now it's totally stock. My plans are to upgrade the audio first, looking to do a entire system and some smaller size subs (8's or 10's) to have some decent sound on my commute. Sirius is also a requirement because I'm sick of Philadelphia FM Stations. Future plans are to do some more retro styling on the outside and some new rims and white walls. Also looking to swap out the grill with something a little more stylized. I think the stock grill doesn't do the car justice.
So far just been enjoy cruizing around in a great car.
