New HHR owner
My wife and I just bought an 08 HHR. We were planning on buying next summer/fall but blown head gaskets on our mini van accelerated that.
I have been reading here for the last week. Learned a lot just by reading old posts. Like the mood lighting for window switches I love that.
How to add the volume controls to the steering wheel (soon as I can afford the parts).
Driving impression so far is great. The car is comfortable. Great gas milage (big reason for purchase). I was not impressed with handling in the snow though. It is all right but that mini van would go through anything. I have been reading up on snow tire posts here. We have even talked about buying another one, a panel for me to commute with about 80 miles a day. That would keep the milage down on the other one.
