new too hhr world
hello,
my name is ron 66 years,single living in long beach cal. just purchase a 2008 hhr panel, have found out they are more work trying to find out who will do the upgrades, i am unable to do the mods anymore myself with having a bad heart. i am waiting by the phone for a call from the va to have another ango done on my heart. getting back too my intro i have had a trailer hitch done by a chevy dealer, and i have a chip which i will have someone install also have read all about the fog light challenges another item that will be added having the fog lights just have to find out if have the relay already. would like to find out my vin code breakdown so some of the question maybe answer. my last car was a 1990 300zx tt which was total a few months ago so very up on all the numbers for that one and this one is harder then that.
so hopefully this will be a good place to hangout and learn more from those who have been there? my plans are to lower it and do the suspension and like that. if anyone has any helpful hints on these items i have spoke about i would very greatful. if anyone is in my area and knows people who could do some of these mods? i just got the call and june 6th i will be having my ango wish me luck. thank you all

Welcome Ron - Im in LB as well. There is a ton of info on here regarding lowering, leveling, etc etc etc etc - Use your search tool. There's some very knowledgeable HHR folks here that will answer just about anything you'll run into. Best of luck with your VA appt. What's the color of your Panel? Im around Hill and Atlantic, white 08 2LT w/SS wheels. I'll look for you man.

Welcome to the site! You should be able to find out just about everything you'll need by doing a search. Try that first before asking the question because more than likely it's been covered and everyone likes to answer your question with "use the search function"...lol. Anyways, there are many of us that have modded our wagons...lots have lowered, added wheels, stereo's, performance mods, etc, etc. Good luck with your new wagon and your health.
