Hey all, I have been lurking for a couple of days and finally signed up- I don't have my HHR yet, but after a lot of research I have my mind made up... I just gotta wait a few short months until my other half's Cobalt is paid off then it's HHR time !

Right now I am still driving my trusty '99 S-10... 12 years and 208,000 miles still commutes 60 mile round trip 6 days a week.

I look forward to getting to know you all, and pick up some information!

Welcome Alan... I lurked a while also, then joined up & studied..
Finally found just what I wanted & bought it, my Panel on 8.29.09

PS: My last ride was '98 S-10

I'm kinda bumming, there is a dealer near me with a 2010 2LT in metallic red, low miles and within my projected budget, but I won't be in a financial situation to buy til early summer. dammit.

Alan,sorry you are bumming, here's a tip for you. I was shopping around for a 2LT until I drove a SS, so if you see one of those, and buy the way dealers are discounting the last 2010's 4 grand, don't drive it.
