Thanks, Donbrew, OldBlue -- was thinking along those lines. Was going to use GE clear silicone to re-seal the entire windshield (& now the mast as well), unless you've got product you like better. No cuts or missing door rubber -- all still pliable, no obvious mis-alignment in the door, and no holes...

Ls2, That's one of the things the tech bulletin mentioned and I considered it, but from the location of the wettest area (directly underneath the top of the passenger A pillar) and dry on the footwell where it meets the firewall, I had to rule that out.

Will make time this week to get it sealed, hose test it, and post the results.

Leak update: GE Clear Silicone applied to base of antenna at top center of windshield. Storm came through; next morning -- passenger floor wet - same spot as before. Hmmm. Applied silicone to top of windshield seam. Another storm overnight -- floor dry. Haven't tried hosing it yet, but am hopeful the top seam was the issue.
