Was digging through some old pictures and found this at the bottom of a folder. It's from around 1984 or 85 I think. It's my 1972 Cutlass S that I cloned into a 442 after a wreck.
Bought it in 1980, cloned it somewhere around 1983.
Just seeing the photos brings back a lot of memories. I had a friend in HS who had a '68 442, the real deal. Not completely stock. Big fat 50 series tires in the rear with deep dish Keystone Klassics, cherry bombs on a shortened exhaust. Cool car. I had another friend that had a 70 Cutlass. That was still cool even though there was nothing high performance about it. These were already classic cars in the late '70s when I was in HS.
