I did had some college bound kids help me with some hand excavation (shoveling rocky soil) paid them 10.00/hr and they came back 3 days to work can you believe it ?

I guess they are less spoiled out your way. I don't get college kids these days, but I think that's a function of my age more than anything. How old were you when you started to sound like your parents?
