Yes, animals are like kids, at least they listen better. Do you think its funny when people let their dogs run free, but keep their kids on a leash at the mall?

I think it was in the late '70s when it started. Don't you just love having a nice dinner out interrupted by some tricycle motor throwing a fit at 140 decibels one table over?

Well I was born in '73 and we always knew how to behave in public. Do you think it has something to do with Protective Services nowadays?

Maybe, but I think most of the fault lies in the hands of the parents. Do you think that even though it sounds old fashioned, kids should have mandatory parenting classes in high school?
