Nope. I've been to Nice, Lyon, and Paris though. Isn't it strange how different the culture is over there?

Once you get to know the French they are very nice, but the cultural differences and the natural French tendency towards arrogance can turn people off. We have talked of retiring there but it depends on the political climate and the economic conditions, now the politics of France and their economy make ours look rosy in comparison. Do you know gas just hit $11 a gallon this week in England?

I didn't find them to be arrogant at all. In fact I feel they have a very laid back approach to life. How many places do you hear of people having several hour lunch breaks?

Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Belgium....just a few places I've visited where lunch can take on monumental proportions both in time and quantity of food. Do you enjoy a big lunch or do you save the big meal for supper/dinner?

Nope, not a pig, you just enjoy eating. Do you think people get too hung up on what they eat? (congrats on 20,000!)

We have more room, we have a better quality of life, and Americans can always "put it away" at dinner time. But why do people let Hollywood and the celebrity idiots dictate their lives?

I don't. I could care less about celebrities. Aren't they generally more screwed up than the average person?
