Its not just kids SS, otherwise Preparation H wouldn't have a warning about not being taken orally.

Why are they called childproof caps, why not adult proof gotta whack 'em with a hammer caps?

Yes I did, but they seem to take one look at me and decide that maybe I need the childproof cap.
