Well if my idea of a nationwide chain of HHR Cafes ever pans out, I'm sure Muffcakes will be on the menu, any other suggestions?

Sushi, blech! I'm afraid the HHR Cafe will have a menu more associated to middle and southern American tastes, who's going to want raw fish on seaweed for breakfast anyway?
