reminds me of Direct TV talked to them friday and she was so confused I got 40.00 of my bill and that wasn't even my question.Was it wrong just to agree with her and hang up before I got my real question answered ??

Well...........I actually found her to be friendly and was pleasantly surprised she spoke a language that I could understand.Ever try to communicate with a service rep who is speaking some other form of the english language does it raise your already high blood pressure ??

 

You mean those sales reps who are "in the USA" but who obviously aren't from the US?

 

Ever have an offshore service rep pick the dumbest American name?

I had one introduce himself as Charlton Heston, never did find out what he was selling because I exploded in hysterical laughter and fell off my chair.

 

Have you seen the comerical with the credit card and the guys name is Peggy?

 

I love the "Peggy" spots, somebody deserves an award for those, so true to life.

While I'm thinking of it, since we got into call centers and the like, does PA still have that "no call" deal for telemarketers and the like?

 

Dare I call heresy to the fact that neither quips, nor one liners have been acquiesced on here for over 24 hours?
