If its always been stored correctly, 100 year old wine is fine(bloody expensive too), but if stored incorrectly...can you say food poisoning?

I suppose if you cash in your chips while eating, but to die on the toilet later, who wants to go to the Pearly Gates with their pants around their ankles and holding a roll of Charmin?
