More like colonial, did you know that being tarred and feathered usually had a fatal outcome for the "featheree"?

Stealing, lying, adultery, forgery, witchcraft, loyalty to King George, dis-loyalty to King George, and a host of other things. Aren't we glad that the legal system has advanced a bit since then?

Yes & no, some criminals I feel would be better penalized by older methods, such as being tarred and feathered..

I think it would be a very motivating deterrent.. Instead of free meals & TV...

Does anyone agree ?
