I would guess He would give me some IRS like language, You shall pay income tax. I wouldn't know about parking tickets, never had one. Do I lead a sheltered life ??

That's me the rain dodging man. Sush now it might hear you, I purposefully didn't wash my car, why is it ....rain always comes right after I detail my car ??
