1.2" today which melted quickly, the real fun will start around dawn and continue into early Friday. Charlotte and its suburbs are in the 8-14" snow band, the last time we got that much, we lost power for eight days.

I've been elevated to "Minor Hero" status at the condo complex because I got the snowblower running with a spark plug change and carb cleaning.

Bet you thought we didn't know about snowblowers in Dixie?
