I'm new to the forum, and still learning my way around here, but how come almost every thread in the "Picture and Media" forum is appearance related to the HHR and looks like it was posted in the "Appearance" area in the first place?

"Picture and Media" is also under the "Community" area of the forum, which to me sound like off-topic type of stuff, yet "Appearance" is under the "Specific Technical Discussion" which to me sounds like HHR Specific.

Am I missing something??? Seems odd to have pictures of appearance modifications mixed in with just normal snapshots.
