Good Point..You and me are on the same page. I said they shouldn't rebuild it the day after. I don't care if your grew up there. Its called Change..Why anyone would want to start over and have it all destroyed again is beyond me.
Gas use to be 17 Cents a gallon too and 40yr's later its $4.00.
