One of my co-workers has ulcerative colitis and has to get a colonoscopy on a regular basis.

The first time he had it done, he did not want the drugs..said it hurt like a SOB. Actually they couldn't complete the procedure that time due to where the colitis is (I'll let you use your imagination and figure that out

)

He told me that should I ever have to have a colonoscopy to take the drugs

haven't had a colonoscopy yet, and not looking forward to it. One thing that I don't like is that the scope has been up a hundred other people's butts. I hear they use disposable sheaths or something, but the unit itself has still been up too many hershey highways. Its like some kind of community butt probe or something.
