I was wondering if I was reading this wrong

It says the MSRP is $14.99.
They are charging $21.99
and 10.79 for shipping (it weighs about half an ounce)
So this guy wants about 32 bucks for something (available at frickin walmart) that even he says (and posts) that is worth 14.99. I thought ebay was for getting normal things cheaper. If it was a rare item I understand, but even at that. I wouldnt say hey this is worth 15 but since its kinda hard to find pay me 30. I'd just say This is a very rare item now give me 30 bucks. I might be reading it wrong, but man this guy has to be retarded if im reading it right.
