I have found that any theft problem can be easily cured with a 9mm and a shallow unmarked grave.

I like the idea of being able to track a stolen vehicle and/or have it immobilized when reported stolen. I like the idea of camera's if they catch crimes on tape and are used to better prosecute criminals.
