Anyone who had a 72 Chevelle Malibu, has got to be OK in my books. I hope to see some pics of it when you are finished, or even now! I wish I still had mine though, this car was one that was passed down the family line. But when it got to me, it was stolen, stripped, and left for dead.

I have enjoyed all of Capt's comments, remarks, input and ideas

I'll post some pics either this week or next. It's not to pretty yet but I'll still take pics. Mine was passed to me by my mom so maybe one day I can pass it to one of my daughters.

Hey DJ, I lived in Seattle for 18 + years, and we are heading back pretty soon. I love the area myself. Originally from Montana...but to the task at hand...the roast and toast to our beloved Captain, who's uncanny wit, unending knowledge, and adept posts makes him the HHR owner who boasts the most........BS! lol The man who has not met an avatar he hasn't liked and gave of us the vision of him posing in speedos! As the commercial says, there is a little captain in all of us.

So, here is to you Captain and your next 10,000 posts...which you should have by Monday! D'OH!

It was great to watch the news this morning and see that Rochester actually had a productive citizen. That is some basketball player! I think he deserves a parade sponsored by our infamous Captain!

Lou Gramm of the rock band "Foreigner" is from Rochester NY. (a jukebox hero) Now there's some competion for ya?

Also, there was a big country bar/club called "Howdy's" around that area? (years ago) Or maybe it was called "Hoo Haws"??
