alot of ads say t300/50 trans..some ive seen are auto some stick....

yea but alot of those cars have been rotisseried...if not close to it...

some of the cars are ****ty rust buckets and they still want $4k +

 

check ebay the auctions will give you an idea what these cars are selling for the rust buckets are bringing 4-5 if they are real ss or rs cars
its just an idea of what the prices are now thats all.
If the car your lookin at is clean not alot of rot or rplaced panels it wouldnt be a strech for him to get 10 k for it, because the rotisseried ones are bringin 20k plus!!

 

took me 2 years of wadeing through thousands of rusted bondoed supossed restored chevelles to find the one in my sig which is an AZ car with all original panels and 95% rust free!! I lucked out on the price but like i said i looked at tons of crap before i found it!!

 

I always loved the 68 camaros and my first muscle car was a 68 with a 327/3 speed and i would jump on one if it was clean and not hacked on for 10k

but this one fell in my lap a few months back 68 roadster very clean needs interior work and change out the motor (nothing wrong with the BB) the wife just didnt like it so i put in a fresh 327 got it for under 13k.

well i dunno i really want a camaro... but hell i also been drooling over some old chargers 69-70; as well as old 67/8 temepest/lemans/gtos as well...

i really wish my dad didnt pass up on a 68 SS/Rs way back when we were in high school; the guy wanted i think it was 3K for it back then
