Cavalier kicked in the butt

I know this is not an HHR, but I need your opinions.

This is the car we got for our daughter about a year ago, she just started driving it about 3 weeks ago.

This is what it now looks like from the rear, she backed into a pole.

My question is will fiberglass work to fix this or what should I use. I found a front bumper on E-bay but no rears yet, and would like to fix it up a bit before she goes drivin it again. It didn't bend any metal just craked the plastic crap bumper cap and the foam stuff inside, and a couple of the mounts up under the bumper, but it is still pretty snug on the car.
Any help would be great so I can avoid a big deductible. I'm just glad it wasn't our HHR

Time to call some yards, should be easy enough to find.

It would be a much better option to replace than to try and fix that. Plus wrecked cav's are everywhere and body parts are usually cheap enogh. Get lucky and you might find a white one....

When I read the caption, I got the impression someone had rear-ended your Cavalier.
Seems more like a fender-bender than a kick, but it sounds more dramatic (I guess).
Any bone yard that deals in late model cars can supply a rear bumper.

A repair job won't last. Best just to replace the cover.

You might also check craigslist in your area. They seem to have more and more stuff on there now since it's a free place to advertise. As BB said, most bone years that carry late model stuff should probably have a bumper for a Cobalt.

Go to www.j-body.org, and look in the classified section. I think I just saw a 03-05 white cavalier bumper shipped for $175 in the great 48. I'll try to find the link.

My only question is why do you still have a Kia license plate on the front of a Chevrolet?
Other than that, I think you should be able to find a rear bumper fairly easily.
