413 Max Wedge

Originally, the 413 from 1960 and 1961 had a wild "long ram" intake setup..
.

1962 Dodge Dart 440 2 Door Hardtop with the 413 "Short Ram" Max Wedge..

On June 1, 1963 the 413 Max Wedge block grew to 426 cubic inches ... But that's another story...& 13 pics away..

Killed off by GM in the early 50's Pacific Electric's "Big Red Cars" were an institution in Los Angeles. Car 418 is a surviving "Blimp" class car built in 1930.
