Will here, otherwise known as Tokyo. Some of you know me from that other HHR forum, (glad to see y'all), and for those who don't know me let me introduce myself, and my HHR, Shnog.
I spent about 10 years overseas in Japan while I was active duty in the US Navy, serving in ASW Squadrons and Airborne Ground Surveilance. With a pretty strong electronics background, and the money I saved while active duty, I bought into a chain of stores here in my hometown of Satellite Beach, Florida. I'm now managing the "12-Volt" half of the business, that is, all things audio and video for vehicles.
Enough about me though, this is all about Shnog, my loyal HHR. Mildly modded, Shnog has proven to be the most reliable American car I've ever owned, the 5 other Detroit-born cars I've owned don't hold a candle to this one. More importantly though, this car/truck/wagon/thingie fits my attitude and style perfectly, it's just too bad that Shnog gets more looks than I ever will.
So far the mods I've been concerned with are aesthetic, as no real performance mods are available. Grill, tint, stubbie, LED lighting, drop springs, rims and tires, and painted rear bowtie all give Shnog a clean look on the outside. The inside is untouched, except, of course, the audio. A Panasonic CQ-VD7003U flipout DVD player sources audio to an all-Clif Designs system, with components front and rear, and two 10's in a vented enclosure. A Gibson catback is all the engine modification done so far.

Welcome aboard! I did two deployments on Okinawa. I was a Marine CH-53E Super Stallion Flight Line Mechanic. I did some time on the Belleau Wood (aka Block O Wood). I lookd forward to getting some info for my future audio/video setup. I will be buying hardware as soon as the funds are available.

I spent 3 years stationed in Okinawa, on Kadena AFB. As a Force Recon liason, the Belleau Wood and Essex were the platforms I deployed on while attached to the MEU. Oh, good times. Why is it Gator Freightors always have "A Few Good Men" playing on Site TV? Don't the Marines know the end doesn't change, that the Navy wins each time? lol
After my vacation on the Air Force Base, I transferred to Yokosuka, Japan, to the Kitty Hawk, the Navy's oldest combatant ship, (wow those oars are heavy!) Again, I spent more time deployed away from my parent command than with it, playing with Jar Heads in the sand, or the beach, or jungles... And I wouldn't have had it any other way!
