Delaware Cigar Smokers Unite!
I know this is not car related, but I am trying to spread the word. If you smoke or chew tobacco in DE (other than cigarettes) there is a house bill being heard Wednesday to increase the tax from 15% TO 68%. There is a facebook page about it. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Delaw...09878242383569
