Yup.

 

Even though I've drifted to the rock/nu metal side courtesy of deftones... I still have Hip-Hop in my heart. And when I say Hip-Hop I'm speaking of the culture as a whole. To me Hip-Hop music is defined by the artists who have a message, skills, style or unique delivery... An artist of their craft, in this case MCing. For example... Lupe Fiasco, Common, Ludacris, NaS, Dilated Peoples and Terminology. But Rap... can go screw itself. Rap as I define it is the teeny bopper crap today heard on the radio. A lot of these corporate puppets are ruining the Hip-Hop face... Although some songs maybe catchy there is just no substance in most of it and a lot of it annoys the sh*t out of me... like Hurricane Chris, Soulja Boy, and that group who did "Laffy Taffy"... someone needs 2 slap them to sleep! lol

 

I listen to Flipside every afternoon on my ride home. :)

 

Which station is Flipside currently on? B96? I am always listening to XM but I will have to check out B96 more often. I really wish the free Flipside podcasts were still available on iTunes.
