Does anyone wave at other HHRs?

I think I got a brief wave from a white panel owner as he passed by me today.
401/Bayview in TO, but he got off at Yonge so I didnt have time to catch up again.
Ive seen more HHRs the last few days than in the last couple months, maybe people are catching on to our secret.

I wave to other owners; I'm about 50/50 when it comes to wave-backs.

I'm still waving, but it seems like the number of responses is going down. Too bad. Some people just don't seem to get it ... loosen up and enjoy life!

Of course, I remind myself that there are people out there who bought this vehicle not because of the styling and retro appeal, but because of it's price point, gas mileage and utilitarian set up, and just aren't aware of the rest of HHR-fanatics on the road around them.

Always GREAT to get a wave back from others even though they are rare.

We got a wave in my fiance's HHR this Memorial Day weekend from a White HHR from Illinois on highway 270 in St. Louis. They looked like they were trying to catch us from behind on the highway. They were sporting a set of 2 window American flags clamped to the top of their rear windows.

Looked great with the American Flags on the white HHR on Memorial Day!

The hang-loose sign usually comes more natural to me than a wave. No responses, even when I'm cruising right next to another HHR on the highway...

I've seen a few parked HHRs but last night I spotted one just a lane over from me and managed to catch up with her. I waved, she didn't, but she did smile. It was a deep red HHR headed south on Shagannappi just after 6 last night.
