Anyone have information/opinions on where to donate to help the survivors in Haiti? I know there are several - this would be a good place to list them. I would like to maximize use to get to the actual survivors/caregivers.

Cash or goods?

My chruch and my daughters school is taking donations. We did that.

Walgreens is accepting donations, even used clothing. We donated.

Publix is allowing you to add $$$ to your bill.

 

we did it through our church and they had said that 100% goes to it.

i was tempted to donate through the cell phone, but I have screwed around with my bill a lot latley and didn't want to mess with it anymore yet. But if you do, it just adds the cost to your bill.

yeah, i thought it was quite interesting how they finally found a way to make text messaging useful, instead of signing up to get some stupid service ringtone etc. I mean I use it for real texts to people, but very easy and accessible to help out those in need this way.
