Unhappy Ewwww, says it all!

Well if you've driven a rental car lately or maybe have a friend who doesn't keep their car as spotless as your HHR, read this article then lick a toilet seat, it seems they are cleaner than most cars.

Not as bad as a womans purse, how many of those get put down on public bathroom floors? And then placed all over where in your house/car?

Another journalist "horror"
About the bacteria - far-fetched. Most pathogenic bacteria are very sensitive to temperature changes. For example: pallidum (syphilis), dies at 39C; influenza bacteria (oen tenacious), dies at 48-50C. The cab car is warming up in the sun to 100 - 150C!
I'm not talking about winter. At a temperature of 0C bacteria fall asleep (security), at -15C most of the bacteria died.
How do I know bacteria are afraid to even clean air.
A simple wet cleaning booths 1 time per month - a tool for neat, clean and safe car.
But if you behave like a pig - eat and littering in the car (I do not be surprised if some of the foreigners to urinate in the car), then the bacteria do not threaten you. Worms or rats threaten you.

That's a British article regarding European vehicles. I would bet that American vehicles are worse (of course, nobody on this forum).
