Just ordered mine. Heard it on Sirius and had to see if it was true. If you already are a Sirius subscriber you can get a receiver for free. Of course there is a catch. You have to buy a home kit or a boombox and you have to committ to six months of service (at the second receiver rate $6.99 a month). And you have to pay for shipping.

I went with the starmate with the home kit. The Starmate, home kit with shipping and taxes came out to $47.87. Not bad when that's about $8 more than the home kit cost by itself.

This will be my third receiver. My wife's Suburban already has a Starmate hardwired. It's a nice little receiver with 40 minutes of memory for rewinding and pausing whatever you're listening to.

This reciever will be my home receiver for listening to the NFL radio channel and for whenever I'm driving my Toy truck, my 89 4 runner. I use my 4runner when I go to Charger home games and whenever I want to give my HHR a break...Hurry it's for a limited time only!
