High fives to those discussing "insourcing". I get so tired of listening to Nissan, Toyota, and Honda drivers complaining about the current poor state of the US economy. I also wonder how many of these babes wheeling Jap Scrap realize, that in Nippon they'd be second class citizens? Third class if they're not of Japanese descent.

It's doing ok.

I know that recently they began production of the Equinox and also the 2.5 Ecotec. It appears GM found a acceptable environment in the 22 year old plant.

My dad (God rest his soul) worked in Moraine, Ohio during its hey day many years ago. Wouldn't it be a heck of a jumpstart to the local economy if they brought that one back?
