Since they aren't selling cars they need to make/save money any way they can.

I was looking at dealer inventory around central Florida on the internet and found very few HHRs in their inventories.

There's a very good reason for that - they're all being sold. In GM's internal sales update, they mentioned the HHR specifically as having an outstanding month.

Every vehicle that leaves a GM assembly plant is sold. Malibu is down to a 17 day supply, which is unheard of.
