They actually left him where he was..... Two cops were about to lift him by arms and legs when somebody reminded them about not moving somebody without a backboard and began tending to him until paramedics arrived. I think that was a good call even though in the long run the injured guy didn't have a broken back, if he had, moving him could have made things much worse.
Only the bike was burning and gas wasn't spreading towards the guy, fire extinguishers came out within a minute or two, so it just looked dangerous, more than it was dangerous.

It wasn't my intent to fault anyone for their actions and a BRAVO to them. I've been personally involved, witnessed many situations like, and very much like, this. I just thought it was weird that after all that effort SOMEBODY, in that very large crowd (including the professionals or maybe even ex military types) didn't say....."Hey, a the guy." Course maybe they did, in the longer clip, which I didn't see.
