Has anyone rented a Malibu from Alamo?

Wondering what class Alamo says the Malibu is..usually we rent a full size when we go to Vegas and grab an Impala...I'm not that keen on the new style Impala as I prefer the 2000-05 style.

On the phone Alamo guy said Malibu is a full size but I'm just looking for maybe anyone who really does know for sure

Just had one in Newfoundland this last week.

I might be the King of car rentals. had over 20 last year..
but I am on the Executive level with National so I get my pick at most places in the states.

I prefer the Impala more when a HHR is not available. one in florida earlier in the year had the 8-4 engine. It got close to 34 MPG at 70 mph in Florida on 4 cyl mode.

We rent from Alamo almost exclusively. The last Malibu we had from Alamo was called a mid-size. That was 2 generations of the car ago though. I don't know what it is now.

I know they used to be mid sized also, the last model....what did you think of the Malibu?

If the Malibu isn't available I may see about a Charger...then again the Impala will probably get better mpg

Oh well hoping for a Malibu

The Malibu is a nice car, but for me there is something missing from the interior. Most have ridden stiff.
