HHR Pulled Over near Lincoln Tunnel, NYC

Hello All,

I was on the express bus a few months comming home and i've watched this black HHR get pulled over. Here are some pictures.

Did it get pulled over or is the cop just investigating it... like an abandoned vehicle/illegally parked? He sure isn't being very efficient in these pics from the looks of it... just standing around soaking up the scenery!

He did not make a traffic stop. The COP is on a parking detail.

STOP the PRESSES.. a HHR was pulled over, is nothing sacred???
Or maybe it`s a parking violation... Watch the 10 o`clock news for the latest/breaking details.
