As HillsdaleHHR stated try not to get the gray cloth. I have it and that is the only thing I wish I would have changed. The cloth stains easy, evern water spots will show.
Cant help with any of the other colors but I would go leather if you can

 

I really like the light gray interior - the contrast of the dark gray upper dash panels nex to the light gray lower panels is really cool. I have the leather interior, so am not experiencing the staining issues like the cloth interior owners.
