It is actually 1.7 miles r/t to the parking lot that we use, but we must take a bus to the actual work site which is about 8 miles r/t. Our old lot was less than a mile round trip, but the contract was awarded to a different company last year a little farther away. But yes, you win

Oops! I checked the wrong one. I drive 7 miles each way or 14 miles per day. I'm one of the lucky ones. Most people in my office live at least 25 miles away. I keep a car for years and they have to trade every few years and still lose money.

about 12 miles each way. 14 stops on the ruote for intersections with either a stoplight or stop sign (but I catch some lights green sometimes). Speed limits from 35 to 55. With 240 miles of this commute since last fill up and clear-out of the MPG and trip odometer, the DIC is showing avg MPG of 30.1 today. I ain't complainin' about that mileage. But I don't run the AC, and that helps.

I just mapped mine on Yahoo! maps.

0.47 miles or 2 minutes one way, or 0.94 miles, 4 minutes round trip!

But I get to make deliveries in my SS.
