Installed PhotoVoltaic Modules on Garage

Just completed an installation of a PhotoVoltaic system for our house. Installed 24 SunPower Modules on the garage. Been looking at doing this for many years, and with the tax credits and power company rebate, it finally "penciled out". Fun to watch the meter run backwards.

I applaud you sir!

Seriously, I really like the concept of 'fuel free' energy.

I would love to see our electric meter go backwards because our worst electric bill this winter was just a little over $650.00 and yes that is just for one month. I defiantly need to look into a system for our house.

Looks like you have some solar ray loss on the right of the first picture....the trees appear to be shading some of the panels.

Can I ask what the KW is? Are you powering anything from the cells or are you just feeding back to the grid?

That's so awesome. I think every house should have them. Just think how cheap electricity would be if we all made our own during the day.
