Here's the latest: Spy Shots: 2012 Chevrolet Malibu prototype gives us best look yet . I like the current body style so I will have to reserve judgement until I see the fully finished product. As expected, they will be using the 2.0 Turbo but I am somewhat surprised to see that AWD is in the works.

 

I think I seen one these the other day on US-12 coming back from Coldwater.

meh...loved the looks of the current model, cept for the flat rump. Will be interested to see what the final new model looks like.

 

IMHO, the present Malibu is a much better looking car...seems too soon to mess with success, I think.

 

Kinda looks like a puffed up Cruze to me, not ugly, just derivative.

OK as long as it doesn't have one of those fugly grills that look like the Joker's smile. (Acura) yuk.

 

Huh, I thought the Acura's looked more like Bucky Beaver.

 

Typical GM.... uglying up their cars. They should make this model an Impala and leave the Malibu alone.

 

The ass end has a pontiac aggressive look IMO

But why waste their time with this... the Impalla needs the make over much more than the Malibu.
