Three weeks since the surgery, my nurse was just here to change dressing and was very happy with my progress. She will return in two weeks for a follow up visit.

Today, blood work! Yeah! Have to get my A1C back down.

I just spoke to my surgeon, he said the tumor was completely removed, the biopsies showed no signs of cancerous cells, and in six weeks he will have a look and see if I’m healing properly and close the stoma after that.
I should be all done by my birthday in April!
