My Lounge light won't go off... warranty service?

Is it just me or does everyone's Lounge light stay red even when there are no new posts available? I've become addicted to this forum and I keep checking it and I am starting to go crazy because of this false red indicator. Do I need a new browser, a new computer, or just some therapy???
