My New Morning Drink
I love Starbucks Frapucinnos but not the price so set out on a mission and here is my new $1.5 to 2 morning drink
i get the Starbucks Coffee Frapucinno for $4.99 for 4 at Krogers in the coffee aisle
Vickie have coffee together now
drinking home made Starbucks carmel frapuccino HOT
total cost around $1.5 to 2 a cup- around 26 oz total
Bodytech cup from Vitaminne Shoppe for mixing protein drink
Coffee Frappucino bottle of starbucks - 9.5 oz 200 cal
6 ounces whole milk
Hershey's- 1 tbsp carmel flavoring
fill to top whipped Reddi Whip spray cream
dribble Hershey s carmel all over top
put lid on the bodytech and heat for 2.5 min in microwave
