In Russia, there is also a buggy.
But it is not practiced publicly.
Or sports, or ring the race.
Very rarely - built in the garage for fun.
For entertainment people buy snowmobiles, ATVs and conquer snowy expanses.
Sometimes change SUVs to participate in the Trial. Sports, too.
Very rarely build sports cars and buggies for the soul. Even rarer are building a hot-Road and retro-car.
In the USA - very developed. I like it.

Mine is street legal, I drive it all over the place.
