The mystery car's looks are throwing me off because of the VW style hubs. Have you got some help about the wheels and hubs on your car. Are they on other models in pictures?

The wheels are stock, there was usually a hubcap installed but they got lost/removed over time.

I just didn't know any cars other than vw's and porsche used a 205mm PCD.

Hints: It's an English car, not very many made, there are between 8-12 known to be still existing.
